Doru
"Drew" M. Stefanescu
Founder of Aroma Wine
Doru Stefanescu died unexpectedly on Dec. 4, 2002 following
his 3-year battle with leukemia.
Doru was born Nov. 6, 1966 in Unirea, Romania and grew up in Deva, Romania. He served in the Romanian Army following high school and came to the United States in 1993. Doru was extremely proud of becoming an American Citizen.
He enjoyed nature and the outdoors, horses, pets, golf, travel and, of course, good wine. Doru touched many lives and he will be missed by his family and many friends. His "contagious smile" and cheerful nature will remain in our memories.
